Your business is most likely "using" Microsoft Excel. You are probably using it quite a bit.
The question is, "How effectively are you using it?"
Excel is a very powerful tool. In most cases, it is wise that you are using it. You are probably
trying to stream-line your data manipulation and reduce data integrity issues. However, are you getting all the "bang
for your buck" that is available in Excel?
The following is how and On-site Review would work:
1) We arrange for a day (normally four to eight hours is sufficient) for me to visit your location.
2) We spend that time reviewing all (or at least most) of the spreadsheets that your business is
currently using. If you are a large business, you may want to focus on just one aspect of your business.
3) I will document and calculate possible time and cost saving areas as well as likely reductions
in expensive and potentially damaging data integrity issues. This will be placed into a report format.
4) I will review and discuss this report with you.
5) I will then offer to do the recommended work at a reduced rate of at least 10% less than my current
rate. (Please refer to my current rates at the bottom of this web page.)
